Accurex T3 Fast Test Kit T3 is produced by the thyroid and secreted in response to TSH. T3 determination is an important factor in the diagnosis of thyroid disease. Its measurement uncovered a variant of hyperthyroidism in thyrotoxic patients with elevated T3 and normal T4 levels. The test uses anti-human T3 monoclonal antibody conjugated with fluorescence latex coated on the junction of nitrocellulosemembrane and sample sad, and T3 antigen coated on the test line. After the sample has been applied to the test strip, the fluorescence latex-labelled anti-human T3 monoclonal antibody binds with the T3 in the sample and forms a marked antigen-antibody complex. The complex moves to the detection zone by capillary action, which is then captured on the test line by the T3 antigen. The fluorescence intensity of the test line increases in proportion to the amount of T3 in the sample. Then Insert the test card into the AccuDx CQ immunofluorescence quantitative analyser. The concentrations of T3 in the sample will be measured and displayed on the screen. The value will be stored in AccuDxCQ and available for downloading. The result can be easily transmitted to the laboratory or hospitalUses:It is intended for in vitro quantitative determination of T3 in serum and plasma. It can be used in monitoring hyperthyroidism and hypothyroidism and as an aid in the functional diagnosis of the thyroidProduct Specifications and Features:
Content: AccuDx CQ T3 test card with desiccant (25), disposable pipet (25), blood sample diluent (1), SD card (1), user manual (1)
Sample diluent composition: Phosphate buffered saline, proteins, detergent, preservative, stabiliser
A test card consists of a plastic shell and a reagent strip which is composed of a sample pad, nitrocellulose membrane (the junction of membrane and sample pad is coated with fluorescence latex-labelled anti-human T4 monoclonal antibody, the test lines are coated with T4 antigen, and the control line C is coated with rabbit anti-mouse IgG antibody), absorbent paper and liner
Enter the testing interface of AccuDx CQ
Remove the test card from the sealed pouch immediately before use
Label the test card with patient or control identification
Put the test card on a clean table, horizontally placed
Using a sample transfer pipette, deliver 40 u/ of sample into one tube of sample diluent, and mix gently and thoroughly for 1-5 mins. Then drop 100 u/ of the sample mixture into the sample port on the test card
Reaction time: 15 minutes. Insert the test card into AccuDx CQ and start the test after the reaction time is elapsed. The result will be shown on the screen and printed automatically
Directions For Use:
Collect specimens according to the manual
Test card, sample and reagent should be brought to room temperature before testing
Confirm SD card lot no. in accordance with test kit lot no.
Perform “SD card calib” calibration when necessary (details refer to 8.5.2 ofGetein 1100 user manual)
On the main interface of Getein1100, press the "ENT" button to enter the testing interface
Remove the test card from the sealed pouch immediately before use. Label the test card with patient or control identification
Put the test card on a clean table, horizontally placed
Using a sample transfer pipette, deliver 100 ?l of sample into one tube of sample diluent, and mix gently and thoroughly
Then drop 100 ?l (or three drops of the sample when using a disposable pipet) of sample mixture into the sample port on the test card
